Terms of Service
Effective as of: May 28, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to anyone who uses the Duct Cleaning Carson website at ductcleaningcarson.com or requests services through it. By browsing the site, submitting a service request, or scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to the terms laid out on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services. Duct Cleaning Carson may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated version.
Workmanship warranty
Duct Cleaning Carson stands behind the quality of its work. Specific warranty coverage for labor and workmanship will be communicated to the customer at the time service is performed. Any parts or materials installed during a job may carry their own manufacturer warranties, and those warranties are governed entirely by the terms the manufacturer sets – Duct Cleaning Carson does not extend or modify manufacturer coverage. Customers should retain any documentation provided with parts in order to make use of manufacturer warranty programs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided by Duct Cleaning Carson will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in CA. By using this site or requesting services, you consent to that jurisdiction.
Scheduling and cancellations
Duct Cleaning Carson asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the team to adjust the schedule and offer that time to other customers. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The amount of any such fee, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of booking or upon request.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. An unenforceable clause does not affect the validity of the rest of these terms.
Services offered
Duct Cleaning Carson provides professional home services in Carson, CA and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, and the scope of any job is determined by a professional assessment of the specific situation. Some service requests coordinated through ductcleaningcarson.com may be carried out by independent professionals or partner contractors who work in connection with Duct Cleaning Carson. In those cases, the same standard of quality is expected, and Duct Cleaning Carson acts as the coordinating party on the customer’s behalf.

All content appearing on ductcleaningcarson.com – including text, images, logos, graphics, and other branding – belongs to Duct Cleaning Carson. Nothing on the site grants any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise reuse that content without the prior written permission of Duct Cleaning Carson. Unauthorized use of site content may violate copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duct Cleaning Carson’s liability to any customer is limited to the total cost of the specific services provided to that customer. Duct Cleaning Carson will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages – including lost profits, property damage beyond the direct scope of the work, or other losses – arising from the use of this site or from services rendered. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.
